The Westin W4 series combines smooth operation with the strength needed for predator fishing. Its range covers compact models for lighter softbaits and crankbaits as well as larger models for heavier soft lures and jerkbaits.
A one-piece aluminium frame provides a rigid base for reliable performance. The 50, 100, and 200 sizes use a carbon sideplate, while the 300 size has a full aluminium frame. Non-slip rubber handle knobs support a secure grip.
The internal six-shoe centrifugal brake helps manage the spool during a cast. Westin's Fast Line Connector on the spool, Line View, a Stay-On sideplate, and a Stay-On tension knob make setup and adjustment practical at the water.
Seven sealed stainless steel ball bearings plus one additional bearing support consistent running. A stainless steel shaft, GT-B gearing, Multi Teflon Stack drag, drag clicker, and CNC handle complete the drive system. Each model is supplied in a protective hard case.
