Choose MH for 30–90 g lures or H for 50–120 g lures. Both are 221 cm long with two sections, but their listed net weights are 138 g and 152 g respectively. MH reaches lighter lure weights, while H extends to 120 g at a 14 g weight increase. For lures in the shared 50–90 g range, consider which end of the range you also need.
Westin recommends a size 200 Westin baitcasting reel. This family is intended for a baitcasting setup, with a Carbon SKC-LS reel seat, so use that recommendation as the starting point when choosing the reel rather than planning a fixed-spool setup.
The EVA handle has a custom rear grip that provides extra support under the arm. Together with the balanced fast action, it helps maintain hold and control during lure work and demanding fights, particularly over long days on the water.
Both rods break down into two sections and have a stated transport length of 114 cm. Check that length against your rod bag or storage space. Both also have a Seaguide® SCDHOOK#4 hook keeper for securing the hook when it is not in use.

Its Torayca® high performance carbon blank provides the backbone for casting large lures, while the balanced fast action helps you control the retrieve and retain power when playing strong fish.
The range supports glidebaits, crankbaits, softbaits, bladed jigs and spinnerbaits. This makes it useful when you want to change lure types without changing to a technique-specific rod. The responsive blank transmits bites, and the fast action supports direct lure control and firm hooksets. Choose the version around the weight of the lures you intend to cast.
Both versions measure 221 cm and have two sections. The MH (Medium Heavy) version is rated for 30–90 g and has a listed net weight of 138 g. It covers the lighter end of this family, including lures below the H version's minimum rating. The H (Heavy) version is rated for 50–120 g and has a listed net weight of 152 g. It extends the range to heavier lures but weighs 14 g more and does not cover the MH version's lure weights below 50 g. Their casting ranges overlap from 50 to 90 g, so choose according to the lighter or heavier lures you also want to use.
