Choose the 221 cm L for its 5–20 g range, 125 g weight and shorter 114 cm transport length. The 251 cm M handles 7–28 g and gives you more length, but weighs 151 g and needs 130 cm for transport.

The W3 Finesse Jig 3rd Generation spinning rods are designed for freshwater soft-lure fishing for perch, zander and bass. Their lightweight, responsive Torayca® High Performance Carbon blank and sensitive tip transmit lure contact and bites, while the fast action supports direct hook-sets.
Use the rods for vertical jigging, bottom-hopping or casting finesse rigs. The tip provides feedback when working soft lures close to the bottom. The supplier also lists pike fishing, but choose your lure setup within the casting-weight range of the selected version.
The 221 cm L version covers 5–20 g and weighs 125 g. It is the lighter, shorter option for lighter presentations and packs down to 114 cm. The 251 cm M version covers 7–28 g and weighs 151 g, offering a higher casting-weight ceiling and more length, at the cost of extra weight and a 130 cm transport length. Both rods have two sections and suit the same jigging and finesse techniques.
The Carbon SKS-LS reel seat holds the reel, while the EVA handle provides the gripping surface for repeated casts and lure work. EUKTLTSG guides carry the line along the blank. A Seaguide® TUHOOK#4 hook keeper provides a place to secure the hook between presentations.
