Both models are rated 15–40 g and intended for perch, zander and pike with hard and soft lures. Rigs, jigs, spinnerbaits, chatterbaits and wobblers are supported, so you can change lure types within the same casting range.
Both rods have two sections. The 240 cm model packs to 126 cm, while the 270 cm model packs to 141 cm. Choose the shorter model if the smaller transport size matters, as both share the same 15–40 g casting range.

The W2 POWERSHAD spinning rods are designed for medium-weight lure fishing for perch, zander and pike in stillwaters and rivers. Their medium/fast action and responsive blanks transmit subtle bites while retaining power for setting the hook and controlling strong fish.
Both MH models cast 15–40 g and handle hard and soft lures, including rigs, jigs, spinnerbaits, chatterbaits and wobblers. The 24/30 tonne High Performance Carbon blank supports this broad range of presentations rather than limiting the rod to one technique.
The Seaguide® XVS reel seat holds the reel, while Seaguide® SXOLSG premium guides carry the line. A split handle with premium-grade EVA provides the gripping surfaces. The Seaguide® Dhook hook keeper gives the hook a dedicated resting point between casts.
The 240 cm version is the shorter option for handling and packing, with a 126 cm transport length and a supplier-listed net weight of 178 g. The 270 cm version offers 30 cm more rod length, but needs 141 cm of transport space and has a listed net weight of 200 g. Both separate into two sections and retain the same MH rating, casting range and action, so choose by rod length and available transport space rather than lure weight.
