The Westin W2 Light Softlure spinning rods are designed for trout fishing with soft lures at pay lakes and for brown trout in streams and rivers. Both ultralight (UL) versions cast 1–4 g. Their slow-action blanks help place light lures accurately, while sensitive tips show cautious bites, including those from smaller fish.
Both rods use 24 / 30 tonne High Performance Carbon blanks and premium EVA split handles. A custom-made, non-slip rubber bottom cap provides a secure contact surface. The Seaguide® Dhook hook keeper holds the hook between fishing spots.
