The MH (Medium-Heavy) is rated for 8-12 lbs line and 50-150g lures, making it ideal for moderate to heavy cod, smaller halibut, and general wreck work. The H (Heavy) takes 12-20 lbs line and 100-250g lures, offering more backbone for bigger fish, deeper drifts, and the heaviest tackle.
