It combines both presentations. The floating body is designed for easy walk-the-dog action, while the nose scoop creates a subtler pop than a traditional popper. Choose it when you want a walking surface lure with a restrained popping sound rather than a diving lure.
The choice is a 10 cm or 12.5 cm body, with a confirmed weight of 27 g for the larger version. Both float and use the same walking and popping features. Select the smaller profile or the larger presentation first, then choose from the same six colours.
The supplier names perch, black bass, snook, redfish and sea bass, with pike and asp also appearing in the listings. The 10 cm version is explicitly suitable for freshwater and saltwater. Its floating surface action makes it a choice for predators feeding at the top, not for a specified diving depth.
No universal foil finish is confirmed. Westin specifies detailed hand-painted colours and internal foil for a three-dimensional look on selected colours only. Choose the named colour you want, but do not assume that every finish includes foil.

The Westin Spot-On Top Walker is a floating hard lure for actively fishing the surface for perch, black bass, snook, redfish and sea bass, with pike and asp also named in the supplier listings. Its easy walk-the-dog action combines a side-to-side surface presentation with a nose scoop that produces a more subtle pop than a traditional popper, offering a restrained sound for hesitant predators.
Raised ribs create extra surface turbulence, while a low-frequency knocking sound adds a separate acoustic signal. The V-shaped body provides stability in the water. Together with its low-sitting tail, this design is intended to improve hook-ups during surface attacks. The long-casting design supports covering water with an actively worked lure.
The lead-free ABS plastic body has full wire-through construction and sharp, strong carbon steel hooks. A lifelike fish profile, oversized realistic eyes and detailed hand-painted colours provide the visual presentation. Selected colours have internal foil for a three-dimensional look, but this finish is not specified for every colour.
Choose between the smaller 10 cm profile and the larger 12.5 cm version, which weighs 27 g. Both float and share the same surface-walking features, so the main size choice is the profile you want to present. The 10 cm version is explicitly listed for both freshwater and saltwater and is supplied as one lure in the chosen colour.
Both sizes are offered in CD-R, Black Haze, Ghost Hunter, US Shad, Silver Arrow and Green Minnow. These are colour options within the same model, not different actions. Internal foil is only confirmed for selected colours, so it should not be assumed from the colour name alone.
