The Westin Shadteez Pin-Tail is the slow-action shad the finesse angler has been waiting for. At 8 cm and just 1.4 g, this super-realistic soft bait excels wherever predators need coaxing with a quiet, natural presentation.
The slender body and pin-tail design produce a subtle, slow-moving tail kick that stays in the strike zone longer without overpowering cautious fish. Hand-painted in Motoroil – a natural, dark translucent tone – it mimics small baitfish convincingly in clear to lightly coloured water. Realistic moulded eyes and a belly-flash profile add lifelike detail that pressured pike, perch, zander, and bass find hard to ignore.
Back and belly slits let you rig the bait weedless on a weighted offset hook and twitch it through cover like a soft jerkbait – ideal for snag-heavy spots. It also fishes cleanly on a jighead for vertical jigging, on a dropshot for suspended predators, and on a T&C rig for a horizontal glide. As a trailer on Westin Mvibe spinnerbaits or BladeBites, the pin-tail adds a subtle secondary action that upgrades those metal lures in slow retrieves. Free from toxic phthalates.
