The Westin Release Stinger Hardlure is a stinger rig for pike lure fishing with plugs, crankbaits and other hardbaits. Its Release Clip lets the hooks detach from the lure during the fight, reducing the risk of the treble hook tearing out of the pike's mouth.
Remove the hardbait's original treble hooks and attach the stinger system to the lure's eyelets. The mounting position is adjustable, allowing the system to fit different lure sizes. It can also be used with softbaits, so its use is not limited to hard lures.
Both versions use titanium leader material, have double split rings and a rated strength of 22.7 kg. The Release Clip provides the hook-release function during the fight.
