It is designed for freshwater rainbow and brown trout, particularly in put-and-take ponds. Its realistic soft body and infused scent suit both clear and murky water, so changing visibility does not limit it to one water condition.
You can use tungsten hooks, hooks with Cheburashka weights, trout spinners or a bombarda float. Bombarda presentation suits shallow pond areas, while active Cheburashka fishing allows you to work deeper zones. Choose the mounting for the area you want to fish.
Yes. The floating material supports presentation in the water column on passive rigs, and the soft body provides natural movement during active retrieves. The rig determines the presentation, so buoyancy alone does not specify a fishing depth.
Each pack contains eight 4.8 cm, 2.2 g lures in one selected variant. Dark Brown, Chartreuse, Black, Orange, White and Pink each come with Banana or Garlic/Cheese scent. Choose colour and scent rather than size, as dimensions, weight and buoyancy stay the same.

The Westin Maggot is a soft maggot imitation for rainbow and brown trout, especially in pressured put-and-take ponds. Its realistic shape, soft feel and natural movement combine with infused scent oils to provide both visual and scent attraction. At 4.8 cm and 2.2 g, it suits active retrieves and passive presentations for beginners and experienced anglers.
The buoyant material supports a natural presentation in the water column on passive rigs, while the soft body moves naturally when retrieved. Choose Banana or Garlic/Cheese scent. The lure is suitable for clear and murky freshwater, with the scent providing an attraction beyond its visible shape when visibility is reduced. The material is phthalate-free.
The Maggot can be used with tungsten hooks, hooks on Cheburashka weights, trout spinners or a bombarda float. A bombarda rig suits presentation across shallow pond areas, while active fishing with a Cheburashka allows use in deeper zones. These options let you change presentation without changing the lure model.
All twelve variants share the same 4.8 cm length, 2.2 g weight and floating construction. Dark Brown, Chartreuse, Black, Orange, White and Pink are each available in Banana and Garlic/Cheese. Select your colour and scent combination without changing size or weight. No variant-specific depth or water-clarity advantage is specified. Each pack contains eight lures in the selected variant.
