It is intended for sea trout and sea bass, trout and stocked rainbow trout in lakes, and salmon and trout in rivers. The same model therefore covers both sea-trout fishing and these stated freshwater uses.
Choose 6 cm / 16 g, 7.5 cm / 18 g or 8.5 cm / 24 g for a smaller, intermediate or larger baitfish profile and match the weight to your tackle. Named colours such as Blue Diamond and Brown Trout Fry identify the finish. No colour-specific conditions or size-specific running depths are stated.
Yes. It can be retrieved fast or slowly in calm water or heavy waves. The body rolls from side to side during retrieval and sinks horizontally with a wiggling, belly-flashing action on pauses, so a stop changes the presentation rather than leaving the lure suspended.
You receive one spoon in the selected size and colour. It has sharp, strong treble hooks on the Stay On double split-ring mount and a through-wire ABS/zinc body, so the selected item is a hooked lure rather than a bare body or mixed set.
Yes. The manufacturer explicitly marks Goby V2 as not for sale in Germany. This restriction must be considered before selecting it for a purchase in Germany.

The Westin Goby V2 is a compact sea trout spoon that imitates a baitfish. Its body helps it cast far, even into strong wind. It is also intended for sea bass, trout and stocked rainbow trout in lakes, plus salmon and trout in rivers.
The body shape and balanced weight distribution produce a slow side-to-side roll on the retrieve. During a pause, the lure remains horizontal as it sinks with a wiggling action and flashes its belly. Fish it fast or slowly in calm water or heavy waves, adding occasional pauses to alternate the rolling retrieve with that sinking presentation.
The family comes in 6 cm / 16 g, 7.5 cm / 18 g and 8.5 cm / 24 g versions. Choose the smaller, lighter version for a smaller baitfish profile, the larger, heavier version for a larger profile, or the intermediate size between them. Check the selected weight against your tackle's casting range. No specific running depth or size-dependent sinking rate is stated.
Colours include Blue Diamond, Brook Trout Fry, Brown Trout Fry, Copper Diamond, Copper Sardine, Diamond Thief, Dull Sunrise, Gold Rush, Headlight, Hottie Pearl, Olive Diamond, Pearl Ghost, Redlight, Steel Sardine and UV Hottie Pearl. Check the selected variant for its size and colour combination. The supplier gives no colour-specific water or light recommendations.
The ABS/zinc body has full through-wire construction. Durable, detailed hand-painted colours provide the finish. Sharp, strong treble hooks are attached with the Stay On double split-ring hook mount. The lure was designed and developed in Scandinavia. Each selected variant contains one spoon, not an assortment.
The manufacturer states that the Goby V2 is not for sale in Germany.
