It is designed for upstream river fishing, including salmon rivers. The large French FC blade starts immediately on the retrieve, and the blade and specially designed weight produce a head-first dive on pauses, letting you alternate winding and stops.
Both weights are size #5. The 20 g version adds 5 g compared with the 15 g version, so choose the weight to suit your tackle. Each weight offers Flouro Yellow or Flouro Orange, with or without Black, and either a Copper Blade or Silver Blade, giving eight colour combinations without changing the stated size.
You receive one spinner in the selected colour and two hooks. The spinner uses a very sharp BKK hook and allows hook changes without tools, so you can replace a hook directly at the waterside.
No. The specially designed weight is lead-free and the body materials are non-toxic. Choose either the 15 g or 20 g version if you want this upstream design with a lead-free weight.

The Westin FC Upstream is a spinner designed for fishing upstream in rivers, including salmon rivers. Its large French FC blade starts rotating as soon as you begin retrieving. The blade, head and body design support a stable presentation, while the specially designed weight works with the blade to produce a head-first dive during retrieve pauses.
The immediate blade start puts the spinner back into action when you resume winding after a stop. During the pause, the head-first dive gives the lure a distinct change in presentation rather than simply continuing the retrieve.
The body uses non-toxic materials and the specially designed weight is lead-free. The spinner is fitted with a very sharp BKK hook. Hooks can be changed without tools, making replacement straightforward at the waterside. Each pack contains one spinner in the selected colour and two hooks.
All variants are size #5, with a choice of 15 g or 20 g. Choose 15 g for the lighter version or 20 g for 5 g more lure weight at the same stated size, matching the weight to your tackle. Both weights share the upstream design and immediate blade start.
Each weight comes in eight colour combinations: Flouro Yellow or Flouro Orange, with or without Black, paired with a Copper Blade or Silver Blade. Select the body colour and blade finish you want without changing the stated size or action.
