It is a single hook specifically designed for dropshot rigs and finesse fishing. Its thin yet very strong wire and ultra-sharp point make it the dedicated dropshot option in your rig rather than a jig head.
The five sizes are #6, #4, #2, #1 and #1/0, from smallest to largest. Westin specifically identifies the smaller sizes as suitable for streetfishing, so start with the smaller end of the range when choosing a hook for that use.
No, all sizes share thin, very strong wire, an ultra-sharp point and a very smooth Black Nickel finish. Choose between them by hook size, not by a different wire construction or finish.

The Westin Dropshot Hook is a single hook designed for dropshot rigs and finesse fishing. Its thin yet very strong wire combines a fine-wire construction with the durability needed for this technique. The ultra-sharp point helps the hook penetrate when you set it.
A Black Nickel finish gives the hook a very smooth surface. The finish, wire construction and sharp point are shared across the family, so changing size does not mean choosing a different finish or hook pattern.
The range runs from #6 through #4, #2 and #1 to #1/0. The smaller sizes are specifically suitable for streetfishing. Choose the size to suit your intended dropshot presentation, with #6 the smallest option and #1/0 the largest. Sizes #6, #4, #2 and #1 each contain six hooks per pack.
