Choose 12 cm with #1/0 hooks for the shorter rig, or 15 cm with #2/0 hooks for more reach and larger hooks. Match both length and hook size to your softbait and intended hook position. Both versions use the same 1x7 wire and 40.8 kg strength rating.
The screw spiral screws into the lure's nose, and spikes secure the stinger while allowing the treble hooks to hang freely. Westin also describes split-ring attachment at the front of a jighead or on a shad screw, so the mounting method can suit your chosen setup.
It is intended for pike fishing with shads and other softbaits. The 1x7 steel wire is rated to 40.8 kg, and the sharp treble hooks add hooking points to help improve hook-ups and reduce lost fish. Choose the rig length and hook size to suit your lure.
Each pack contains two systems in the selected length and hook size, not a mixed selection. Choose either the 12 cm version with #1/0 hooks or the 15 cm version with #2/0 hooks when ordering.

The Westin Add-It Shallow Rig Double is a stinger system for pike fishing with shads and other softbaits. Sharp, strong treble hooks and stinger spikes let the hooks hang freely from the lure, helping improve hook-ups and reduce lost fish. The range is designed to accommodate common shad and softbait sizes.
The screw spiral screws into the nose of the softbait to hold it securely during casting and playing fish. Spikes secure the stinger to the softbait without burying the treble hooks in the body. Westin also describes split-ring attachment at the front of a jighead or on a shad screw, giving you different mounting options for your setup.
Both versions use 1x7 steel wire rated to 40.8 kg, together with strong crimped connections. This construction is intended for pike fishing, including large pike, while the treble hooks provide the additional hooking points.
The 12 cm version has #1/0 hooks. The 15 cm version has larger #2/0 hooks and provides more reach along the softbait. Choose the combination that matches your lure's body and intended hook position, rather than length alone. Both have the same 40.8 kg strength rating and wire construction. Each pack contains two systems in the selected version.
