Its extra-large bend accommodates bulky soft plastics, including shads and creature baits, as well as large natural baits. It is intended for fishing around structure, with a wide gap that supports hooking fish with hard mouths.
Forged Hi-Carbon steel provides strength for fighting large predators. The 7/0, 8/0 and 10/0 versions are specified as 4X Strong. The sharp Needle Cone point complements the wide gap when setting the hook.
