They are designed for jigging softbaits. The baitkeeper helps stop the lure sliding down the hook shank, while the coloured head and 3D eyes add visual attraction. Choose the hook size to suit the softbait you intend to rig.
The 7 g and 10.5 g versions both have size 2/0 hooks, while the 14 g version has size 3/0 hooks. You can switch between the two lighter weights without changing hook size. For 14 g, check that the larger hook suits your softbait.
Each pack contains 10 jig heads in the selected variant. Assorted Glow and Assorted UV are available at every weight, so choose the assortment separately from the weight and hook size. The pack is not a mixed-weight selection.
Use pliers when handling the sharp hooks and secure the points when they are not in use. The supplier advises dry storage in a secure box and regular checks for bent points or rust. Replace damaged hooks rather than continuing to fish with them.

The VMC 7158 Sleek Jig is a jig head for softbait fishing, supplied in packs of 10 for anglers who use jig heads regularly. Its baitkeeper helps prevent the softbait from sliding down the hook shank during jigging. Coloured heads and 3D eyes add visual attraction to the rigged lure.
Each version has a 1X Strong hook with a Technical Locking Curve™ shape and a Needle Sharp™ point for hook penetration. The hook has a BN (Black Nickel) coating. This is the hook finish, not a specification of the head's base material.
The 7 g and 10.5 g versions both use size 2/0 hooks. Choose between these weights when you want to change the weighting without changing hook size. The 14 g version uses a larger size 3/0 hook, so moving to the heaviest option also changes the hook's fit in your softbait. Match hook size to the lure and weight to the conditions rather than choosing by weight alone.
All three weights are available in Assorted Glow and Assorted UV. These are the supplier's two colour-assortment designations. Each pack contains 10 jig heads in the selected weight, hook size and assortment, not a mix of weights.
Handle the sharp points with pliers and keep them secured when not in use. Inspect hooks for bent points, rust or other damage before fishing and replace damaged hooks. Store them dry in a secure tackle box, away from children and pets. Check local rules on jig-head materials before use.
