Yes. The heads support external and internal softbait rigging, including tube lures. You can therefore choose either mounting method with a compatible lure body, but should match the 4/0 or 5/0 hook to the lure you use.
The 7.1g heads have 4/0 hooks, while both 10.6g and 14.2g heads have 5/0 hooks. With the same lure, lighter heads fall more slowly and heavier heads sink faster. Moving up from 7.1g also means choosing a larger hook, whereas switching between the two heavier weights keeps the hook size unchanged.
Each pack contains three heads in the selected variant. Choose Blue Gilmmer or Green Pumpkin at 7.1g, Blue Gilmmer or Silver Bling at 10.6g, and any of the three colours at 14.2g. Not every colour is offered at every weight, so select the weight and hook size before checking the available colour.

The Strike King Squadron Swimbait Jig Head is a lead jig head for active lure fishing with softbaits. Its weighted head and chemically sharpened hook combine weight and a sharp point in one rigging component. It supports both external and internal rigging, including use with tube lures.
These heads can be mounted externally on a softbait or internally in a tube lure, giving you a choice of rigging methods for compatible lure bodies. The hooks have a black nickel finish and chemically sharpened points. Choose the hook size to suit the lure you intend to rig.
The 7.1g heads use 4/0 hooks and are available in Blue Gilmmer and Green Pumpkin. The 10.6g heads use 5/0 hooks and come in Blue Gilmmer and Silver Bling. The 14.2g heads also use 5/0 hooks and come in Blue Gilmmer, Green Pumpkin and Silver Bling.
For the same lure and conditions, a lighter head gives a slower fall, while a heavier head sinks faster. Moving from 7.1g to either heavier weight also changes the hook from 4/0 to 5/0, so check the fit to your softbait as well as the weight. Between 10.6g and 14.2g, the hook size stays the same. Colour is a separate choice within the available weight combinations.
