It is a freespool reel for carp fishing. The freespool function allows a fish to take line before the main drag is engaged, making it suited to waiting for a bite with a baited rig.
The stated capacity is 310 m of 0.45 mm line. Use this diameter-specific figure when planning your spool fill, rather than treating 310 m as the capacity for every line diameter.
The Gtr-F 6500 retrieves 99 cm per turn with a 4.6:1 gear ratio. That is almost one metre per turn, helping you bring the rig back in when you need to rebait or recast.

The Strategy Gtr-F is a freespool carp reel for bait fishing. Its freespool function lets a fish take line before you engage the main drag. A smooth, strong and durable wormshaft gear system supports retrieval, with 99 cm of line recovered per handle turn to bring your rig back efficiently.
The 6500 size has a 4.6:1 gear ratio, 6+1 bearings and a weight of 678 g. Line capacity is 310 m at 0.45 mm diameter, giving you a concrete reference when choosing line and planning how much to load.
Powerful drag washers provide braking during the fight. The specifications list an oversized aluminium drag knob and a CNC aluminium resistance adjustment knob. The screw-in handle has a traditional wooden knob for winding.
The Gtr-F has a smooth satin-black finish and the same traditional wooden knob styling as the larger GTR-X.
