The Spro SPX is a compact spinning reel for light lure fishing for trout and perch. Its 5.2:1 gearing and 63.5cm retrieve support a measured presentation with spinners, spoons and soft lures.
Four ball bearings plus one roller bearing support an even feel during the retrieve. The S-Curve system manages line lay on the aluminium spool.
A graphite housing keeps the reel manageable at 213g, while an aluminium rotor and SUS304 stainless-steel frame add support around the working components.
The 1000-size spool holds 150m of 0.13mm line, a useful setup for stocked trout waters and light perch spinning.
