The Spro Specter Finesse Spinning is a fast-action spinning rod for predator fishing on rivers and stillwaters, from the bank or a boat. Its light, slim yet powerful blank provides sensitive lure contact and the strength to play larger fish. The Blank Touch reel seat supports bite detection when feeling what the lure is doing matters.
The 228 cm model has a casting weight of 24–68 g and suits shads, other softbaits, vibration lures such as spinnerbaits, hardbaits and various rigs within that range. Its length is suited to boat fishing and confined banks with limited casting room, including pike fishing on polders. The supplier names zander and pike for river and lake fishing, and also lists perch, trout and asp among its uses. Choose your lure setup within the stated casting range.
The rod weighs 143 g and separates into two sections with a transport length of 117 cm, making it easier to carry than at its full 228 cm length. Slim single-leg stainless steel guides carry the line, while Carbon Cross Wrap reinforces parts of the blank. Subtle gold and silver accents and a rubber butt cap complete the fittings.
