Fitted with a lightweight anodized aluminium spool that holds 320 m of 0.40 mm line, the SALT Surf 80 is designed for the long casts surf fishing demands. A spare graphite spool is included so you can pre-rig different line types and swap quickly on the beach. The smooth front drag delivers 8 kg of stopping power and locks down securely during the cast.

Saltwater-Ready Construction

Eight stainless steel ball bearings work with strong internal gearing to ensure smooth retrieves under load, while the one-way clutch with instant anti-reverse eliminates handle backplay. The anti-twist line roller handles both monofilament and braid without line damage, and all components are built to resist saltwater corrosion.
