These spinning rods are designed for topwater and soft-lure fishing, particularly for sea bass and wading. Their extra-fast (XF) Toray 40T carbon blanks support walk-the-dog retrieves with stickbaits, popper fishing and precise jerks with soft plastics.
The shortened butt reduces wrist strain and leaves more working blank above the handle. This supports longer, more accurate casts and gives more blank length to work with when playing fish. EVA handles provide the grip, while a Fuji reel seat holds the reel. Fuji stainless steel K guides with SiC inserts are arranged for long casting and line management.
Both versions are 2.32 m long with two sections and an extra-fast action. The 7–25 g ML version weighs 120 g and covers the lighter lure range. The 10–35 g M version weighs 131 g and accepts heavier lures, but starts at a higher minimum casting weight.
