The ML version is rated 7–23 g, while the M version is rated 10–30 g. Choose ML for the lower lure-weight range or M for heavier lures while retaining the same length.

The SGS4 Shore Game Spinning Rod is designed for shore fishing for sea trout with light to medium lures. Its balanced feel and fast yet forgiving action help detect subtle takes, set hooks at distance and cushion fish during the fight.
Japanese Toray 30T blanks carry Seaguide CCS stainless steel guides with SIN rings to guide the line. Cork handles provide the grip, while the Seaguide Alien Lock down R/S reel seat secures the reel. A Competition Ready to fish rod bag is included.
The 2.46 m 7–21 g L version is the shortest option. The 2.74 m 5–18 g L version has the lowest casting-weight range for lighter lures. At 2.79 m, choose 7–23 g ML for the lighter range or 10–30 g M for heavier lures without changing rod length. The 3.07 m 12–32 g MH version is the longest and has the highest casting-weight range. Choose the range that matches your lures, then the length that suits your handling preference.
These are two-section rods. The 2.46 m version weighs 122 g and has a stated transport length of 134 cm. The 2.74 m version weighs 135 g and packs to 141 cm, while the 2.79 m 7–23 g version weighs 138 g and packs to 143 cm. Rod weights and transport lengths are not specified for the other two versions.
