These are the baitcasting versions of the SG4 Power Game. They have long split handles, and trigger grips are explicitly specified for the 2.21 m 70–130 g and 2.59 m 60–110 g and 80–130 g models. Choose a baitcasting setup, not the fixed-spool setup described for the separate spinning versions.
Choose the 2.59 m 60–110 g version for the lowest lure range, the 2.21 m 70–130 g for a shorter rod, or the 2.59 m 80–130 g for the longer format in that higher range. The 2.59 m 70–150 g version has the highest upper limit and 3XH power, while the others are XH. Select by your actual lure weights rather than length alone.
They are designed for big-lure predator fishing in freshwater, including pike fishing with swimbaits, spinnerbaits, gliders, jerkbaits and softbaits. Their powerful moderate-fast action is intended to handle heavy lures and cushion larger fish during the fight. Choose lures within the individual rod's casting range.
All four rods have two sections. The 2.21 m 70–130 g model packs to 118 cm, the 2.59 m 60–110 g and 80–130 g models to 138 cm, and the 2.59 m 70–150 g model to 134 cm. Check these lengths against your rod bag or storage space because equal fishing lengths do not mean equal transport lengths.

The Savage Gear SG4 Power Game casting rods are built for freshwater predator fishing with big lures and baitcasting reels. Their balanced feel and powerful, moderate-fast action help you cast and work heavy lures while providing cushioning during the fight to reduce the risk of hook pulls and line breaks. The family suits pike fishing with swimbaits, spinnerbaits, gliders and jerkbaits, with softbaits also supported by the supplier.
These are the baitcasting versions, not the fixed-spool spinning versions mentioned in the shared supplier description. Long, split handles provide room for a two-handed grip when casting heavy lures. The 2.21 m 70–130 g and 2.59 m 60–110 g and 80–130 g versions are explicitly described with trigger grips for baitcasting or multiplier reels. All four versions have 30Ton blanks and Seaguide line guides.
2.21 m, 70–130 g, XH (Extra Heavy): At 170 g, this is the shortest and lightest rod in the family. It offers more compact handling than the 2.59 m versions while retaining a heavy-lure rating. Its transport length is 118 cm.
2.59 m, 60–110 g, XH: At 192 g, this is the lightest of the longer rods and has the lowest casting range. Choose it for lures within 60–110 g when you want the extra reach of the longer format. Its transport length is 138 cm.
2.59 m, 80–130 g, XH: This 211 g version keeps the longer format but shifts the lure range upwards compared with the 60–110 g model. It suits lures within 80–130 g and has a transport length of 138 cm.
2.59 m, 70–150 g, 3XH (Extra Extra Extra Heavy): At 224 g, this is the heaviest rod and has the highest upper casting limit in the family. Choose it when your lure selection requires a rating up to 150 g. Its transport length is 134 cm.
Every version separates into two sections. Compare the stated transport length with your available storage space, rather than assuming that all 2.59 m models pack to the same length. All four share the moderate-fast action, so the main selection factors are length, casting range, power rating and rod weight. Match your lure choice to the rating of the individual version.
