The REVENGE SG8 Finesse spinning rods are designed for freshwater perch fishing with dropshot, Carolina and free rigs. A sensitive solid carbon tip shows and transmits light bites while helping you control the lure.
The Synergrip Carbon handle transfers vibrations into your hand, supporting bite detection during subtle presentations. The Carbon/EVA handle is paired with a Fuji reel seat. Japanese 46T Torayca carbon blanks use 46T Toray + Nano400 T1100G and 4X Wrap V2 carbon technology for a lightweight, responsive build. Reset Accelerator Technology gives the blank very fast recovery. All three versions have Fast action and Medium power.
The 2.21m version is the shortest and lightest at 118 g, with a 3–21 g lure rating and nine guides including the tip. Choose it when shorter rod length and the lowest minimum lure rating matter.
The 2.43m version weighs 119 g and has a 4–18 g rating, offering an intermediate length but the lowest maximum lure weight. It has ten guides including the tip.
The 2.70m version weighs 143 g and is rated 5–28 g. It offers the greatest length and highest lure-weight ceiling, at the cost of more rod weight. It also has ten guides including the tip. All versions use Fuji K SiC guides to carry the line along the blank.
