The glass rattles add sound and the tungsten spikes add weight. Use the components to change these two aspects of an existing soft plastic lure without switching to another lure.
Each version contains six glass rattles and six tungsten spikes, making twelve components in total. Both versions therefore provide the same number of sound and weight inserts.
Choose Medium 1.3g if you need spikes with a confirmed weight of 1.3 g each. Both kits contain six rattles and six spikes, but the individual spike weight of the version named 1.9g is not consistently specified, so do not use its model designation as a confirmed per-spike weight.
The kit is intended for a broad range of soft plastic lures used in spinning, including shads for predator fishing. Both versions are listed for all water types, so select it as an accessory for your soft lure rather than as a complete lure.

The Savage Gear Rattle And Spike Kit combines glass rattles and tungsten spikes for modifying soft plastic lures used in predator fishing. The rattles add sound, while the spikes add weight, letting you adjust an existing soft lure rather than replace it.
Each kit contains six glass rattles and six tungsten spikes. Use the rattles when you want sound in your soft lure and the spikes when you need extra weight. The kit is intended for a broad range of soft plastic lures, including shads.
The line includes the 1.9g version and the Medium 1.3g version, both with six rattles and six spikes. The Medium 1.3g version has 1.3 g tungsten spikes that slide into the soft lure and can adjust its balance. Choose this version when you want that specified amount of added weight per spike. The individual spike weight of the 1.9g version is not consistently specified, so its model designation should not be treated as a confirmed spike weight.
These components are accessories for soft-lure spinning, including predator fishing for pike, perch and zander. Both versions are listed for all water types. They modify the weight and sound of your lure, rather than serving as complete lures themselves.
