The Savage Gear Gravity Twitch SR is a precision-engineered twitchbait that combines a magnetic long cast system with a characteristic darting and kicking action, making it a reliable choice for targeting perch, pike, zander, trout and other predatory fish in freshwater.
A sliding iron core shifts during the cast to concentrate weight at the rear, enabling impressively long and accurate casts even in windy conditions. On retrieve, the weight returns to the centre for a balanced swimming action.
On a steady retrieve the lure wobbles and kicks wildly, yet still tracks straight even in strong current. Short rod tip twitches trigger aggressive lateral darts that provoke reaction strikes. During spin stops, the lure suspends (or floats, depending on variant) with horizontal balance — a moment when many predators commit.
A tubular rattle chamber produces a distinctive sound signature that helps predators locate the bait in murky water or at greater distances.
High-resolution photo print finishes reproduce natural prey fish patterns with lifelike accuracy, available in colours such as Perch, Roach, Pike, Firetiger, Blue Chrome, Dirty Roach, Ayu Chrome and Green Silver.
The range spans five sizes from 6.7 cm / 6 g up to 14.5 cm / 50 g. The three smaller sizes (6.7 cm, 8.3 cm, 9.5 cm) are suspending models ideal for twitching and pause-and-go presentations, while the two larger sizes (11.5 cm, 14.5 cm) are floating models suited for twitching, steady retrieve and trolling. Running depths range from 0.5–1 m for the smallest size to 1–2 m for the largest.
All models come equipped with SGY 1X BN treble hooks (size 8 on 6.7 cm, size 6 on 8.3 cm, size 4 on 9.5 cm, size 2 on 11.5 cm, size 1 on 14.5 cm), forged strong split rings and an easy-change stainless steel egg snap. Each lure is individually tank tested.
