You can twitch, tap or jerk it, or use a steady retrieve when spin fishing for freshwater pike and other large predators. Its erratic action and spring system keep the belly flashing into pauses, allowing you to vary rod movements and stops rather than use only one retrieve.
It sinks slowly, even though its balance is described as almost suspending. All three sizes have a stated running depth of 0.5–1 m. Choose it for that shallow presentation, and account for its slow descent during pauses rather than expecting it to stay at a fixed depth.
Choose 11 cm/28 g for the smallest, lightest option, 13 cm/46 g for the intermediate version or 16 cm/85 g for the largest profile. Hook sizes are 4, 1 and 2/0 respectively. Match the casting weight to your rod, since the larger options increase the casting load without changing the stated 0.5–1 m running depth.
Each size comes in Roach, Green Silver, Firetiger, Golden Ambulance, Pike and Dirty Roach. Within a size, all six share the same stated weight, slow-sinking buoyancy and running depth. You can therefore choose the finish separately from the size and casting weight.
A pack contains one lure in the selected colour, fitted with two SGY 1X BN trebles and strong forged split rings. It is a single equipped lure, not a colour assortment, so select each additional colour or size separately.

The Savage Gear Freestyler V2 is a slow-sinking hard stickbait for freshwater pike and other large predators. Its lively, erratic action responds to twitches, taps and jerks, and it can also be retrieved steadily. The long-casting design helps you cover water when spin fishing.
A low centre of gravity and finely balanced body give the lure its near-suspending behaviour, but it is specified as slow sinking rather than suspending. The built-in vivid movement spring system keeps the belly flashing into the retrieve pause, so stopping the retrieve does not immediately stop the lure's movement. The stated running depth is 0.5–1 m across all three sizes.
The durable plastic body has through-wire construction, providing a continuous connection through the lure. Forged strong split rings and two SGY 1X BN trebles complete the hook setup for predator fishing. The lure contains no lead and is unscented.
The 11 cm version weighs 28 g and has size 4 hooks. It is the smallest and lightest option. The 13 cm version weighs 46 g and has size 1 hooks, offering an intermediate size and casting load. The 16 cm version weighs 85 g and has size 2/0 hooks, giving you the largest profile but requiring tackle that can cast the higher weight. Choose by the lure size you want to present and your rod's casting range, not by depth, since all three share the same stated running depth.
Each size is available in Roach, Green Silver, Firetiger, Golden Ambulance, Pike and Dirty Roach. Colour changes the finish, not the stated weight, buoyancy or running depth within a size. Each pack contains one lure in the selected colour with its hooks fitted.
