No, it is a clip-on arm with a propeller for converting an existing lure into a buzzbait-style setup. It attaches to a jig head via a swivel and is intended for softbaits, so you need a suitable lure and jig head for the finished setup.
Yes, the thin plated-steel propeller starts rotating on contact with water and turns at a slow retrieve. You can therefore retrieve slowly while retaining the propeller action, although the supplier gives no minimum speed.
M is labelled Medium and L is labelled Large, with the same construction and two-piece pack contents. No product dimensions or compatible lure-size ranges are supplied, so choose by the stated size rather than assuming a particular lure length will fit.
Each pack contains two pieces in the selected size, one with a silver propeller and one with a gold propeller. Both finishes are supplied together, so you do not need separate packs to get the two propeller colours.
No questions asked, 30 days to return.

The Easyon Buzzer Bait Arm is a clip-on lure accessory for spinning. Its arm and rotating propeller turn an existing lure, including a softbait mounted on a jig head, into a buzzbait-style setup in seconds.
The arm attaches to a jig head via its swivel. The thin plated-steel propeller starts rotating as soon as it contacts water and also turns at a slow retrieve, so you can use its rotating action without retrieving quickly. A stainless-steel frame supports the propeller.
Choose between M (Medium) and L (Large). Both sizes use the same clip-on construction and propeller action. The supplier does not specify lure-size compatibility or product measurements, so these size labels alone do not establish which jig head or softbait will fit.
Each pack contains two pieces in the selected size, with one silver and one gold propeller. The arm is an accessory to fit to your lure, not a complete lure.
