It is a floating freshwater lure for perch, asp and pike. Its easy walking action and suitability for very slow retrieves let you present a small bluegill imitation at a slow pace.
No. Both colours are 6.5 cm long, weigh 17 g, float and have the same dual-cavity construction and frog hook. Each pack contains one lure in the chosen colour, so the choice is between colour patterns rather than specifications.
The dual-cavity construction reduces water intrusion, but complete watertightness is not claimed. It is designed to keep you fishing longer, not to guarantee that no water can enter.
No. The supplier lists lead content for both variants. If you need a lead-free lure, neither Bluegill nor Vivid Gill meets that requirement.

The Savage Gear DC Slide Gill is a floating, hollow-belly bluegill imitation for freshwater lure fishing for perch, asp and pike. Its two chambers reduce water intrusion, helping you spend more time fishing. The lure produces an easy walking action and can also be retrieved very slowly.
The dual-cavity body limits water entering the lure, but is not described as completely watertight. A heavy-duty, wide-gap frog hook has an upward-pointing hookpoint designed to improve the hookup ratio. The frog hook describes the hardware, not the lure's fish profile. Photoprint (PHP) detailing reproduces the fish pattern, and a Fiber flare tail completes the imitation.
Both colours measure 6.5 cm, weigh 17 g and float. Bluegill and Vivid Gill differ in their named colour patterns, not in the supplied size, weight or construction. Choose the pattern you prefer without changing those specifications. No colour-specific water conditions or performance differences are supplied.
Each variant contains one lure in the selected colour. Both variants contain lead, so neither is a lead-free option.
