Choose Clear Water Mix for clear water or Dark Water Mix for dark or murky water. Each contains four named colour patterns and is available in every lure size, so you can match water clarity without changing lure length.
No separate jig-head mounting is needed. The shads are supplied ready to fish on round ball jig heads with single carbon steel hooks specified as 1X BN. Choose the size with the head weight and hook size you need, then connect the rig to your tackle.
The 6.8 cm lure weighs 3 g and uses a 5 g head with a 1/0 hook. The 8 cm version pairs 5 g with a 7.5 g head and 2/0 hook, the 10 cm version pairs 9 g with a 10 g head and 3/0 hook, and the 12.5 cm version pairs 20 g with a 12.5 g head and 5/0 hook.
