It is a floating saltwater walker for sea bass and other surface-feeding predators, with easy walking action particularly suited to calm days. Choose it when you want to fish at the surface, not when you need a diving lure. The 5.5 cm and 8 cm versions are also described for mackerel.
The options are 5.5 cm at 3.3 g, 8 cm at 8 g, 10 cm at 17.3 g and 11.2 cm at 23.5 g. The smaller versions provide lighter, smaller presentations, while the larger ones increase profile and casting weight. Match these to your intended baitfish profile and tackle's lure range. All four work at the surface.
The walk-the-dog action exposes the lure's flank with each swing. A discreet rattle adds sound and micro foam on the gills produces tiny bubbles. These combine profile, sound and visual attraction for a surface presentation, without relying on scent because the lure is unscented.
You receive one hardbait in the selected finish, fitted with SGY Saltwater UAR 3X NP trebles. Hook sizes are #16, #10, #5 and #4 for the 5.5 cm, 8 cm, 10 cm and 11.2 cm versions respectively. The three larger sizes have two hooks, so hook size changes along with the lure size you select.
No. The 5.5 cm, 3.3 g version is specified as containing no lead. The 8 cm, 10 cm and 11.2 cm versions contain lead. If lead content is a deciding factor, choose the smallest version rather than assuming the same construction across the range.

The Savage Gear Bullet Mullet is a floating topwater hardbait for sea bass and other predators feeding at the surface. Its slim mullet profile and long-cast design provide steady flight for covering coastal water. The easy walk-the-dog action is particularly suited to calm days.
Each swing exposes the lure's flank, presenting its full baitfish profile as it changes direction. A discreet built-in rattle adds sound without an aggressive noise signature. Micro foam on the gills produces tiny bubbles, adding another visual attraction during the retrieve. The lure is unscented and works at the surface rather than at a diving depth.
The four sizes cover light rock fishing (LRF), light lure fishing and sea bass fishing. Choose by the baitfish size you want to imitate and the lure weight your tackle can cast. The 5.5 cm, 3.3 g version is the smallest and lightest option. The 8 cm, 8 g version provides a larger profile while staying light. Both sizes are also described for mackerel fishing. The 10 cm, 17.3 g version steps up in profile and casting weight, while the 11.2 cm, 23.5 g version is the largest and heaviest choice. All retain the same floating surface presentation, so increasing size does not mean selecting a deeper-running lure.
SGY Saltwater UAR 3X NP trebles equip the line for marine lure fishing. Hook sizes are #16 on the 5.5 cm version, #10 on the 8 cm version, #5 on the 10 cm version and #4 on the 11.2 cm version. The 8 cm, 10 cm and 11.2 cm versions have two hooks. The 5.5 cm version is specified as containing no lead, while the three larger sizes contain lead.
Each size is available in seven finishes: Sayoris Loose Scales, Ghost Sardine Loose Scales, White Candy Loose Scales, Black Mullet Loose Scales, Blue Mullet Loose Scales, Illusion White Loose Scles and Mirror Ayu Loose Scales. Select size and finish independently. One hardbait in the selected colour is supplied.
