Based on a 3D scan of a real herring, the Savage Gear 4Play V2 Swim N Jerk is built for a natural baitfish profile with an active side glide. This jointed hard bait suits spin fishing for pike and other predators in shallow to medium-shallow water.
The four-part body with three joints creates a pronounced S-curve and gliding movement. On a stop-and-go retrieve, the lure kicks out to the side and keeps its action at slow speed.
A hard ABS body is paired with a semi-soft PVC tail. This combination helps the lure keep a defined profile while adding extra movement at the tail.
The lure is supplied with two hooks and a slow sinking setup. With running depth around 1 to 2 m, it covers water effectively when fishing for pike and other freshwater predators.
