The 4D Herring Shad range includes five size variants: 9cm (5g), 11cm (9g), 13cm (17g), 16cm (28g), and 19cm (45g). Smaller sizes (9–11cm) excel for precise presentations in shallow water and around structure. Larger sizes (16–19cm) cast farther, reach deeper, and attract bigger pike in open water. The 13cm (17g) represents a balanced all-rounder for mixed conditions.
Pike and Roach patterns imitate standard baitfish silhouettes and work in most conditions. Green Silver is excellent in clear water where natural light reflection matters. Firetiger creates high visibility in murky water or low-light conditions. Red Head and Perch patterns offer alternative natural profiles for finicky pike. Start with Pike or Roach; switch to brighter patterns (Firetiger, Green Silver) if activity drops.
The integrated hook guide and thicker front section make jig head rigging straightforward—use a weight-matched head for your target depth and retrieve speed.
