The Savage Gear 3D Roach RTF (Ready to Fish) is a pre-rigged soft swimbait for freshwater lure fishing, primarily for pike throughout the year. Its body is based on a 3D scan of a real roach, a key pike prey fish. Photo Chrome skin printing reproduces the fish's details, while added DNA scent provides a further attraction cue.
The soft PVC body and large, light paddle tail produce a rolling and kicking action. Combined with the fast sink rate, they keep the lure swimming on the fall, even with tension on the line. A glass rattle comes mounted in the tail's rattle slot. Its clicks help predators locate the lure in murky water, complementing the visual imitation.
The family offers three size and weight combinations, each with a different stated swimming-depth range.
12 cm, 34 g, 0.5–1.5 m: the smallest and lightest option, suited to shallower presentations for pike and also aimed at large perch and zander.
