It is intended for active lure fishing for pike, zander and perch. The supplier supports both shore casting and boat trolling, so you can choose either approach without changing lure family.
The 7.5 cm bodies weigh 5 g and come in packs of four, the 10 cm bodies weigh 10 g and come in packs of three, and the 12.5 cm bodies weigh 22 g and come in packs of two. Choose the profile and body weight you need, noting that the larger sizes contain fewer replacement bodies.
Yes. The mouth opening is designed to help the body sit well on a jig hook. Jighead mounting is therefore supported, but no hook size or jighead weight is specified, so check those separately for your setup.
Firetiger is available in 7.5 cm and 12.5 cm, Dirty Roach in 7.5 cm, 10 cm and 12.5 cm, and Roach (Rotauge) in 7.5 cm. If you want the intermediate 10 cm body, choose Dirty Roach. Roach (Rotauge) is available only with the smallest body in this family.
The large paddle tail produces a strong wagging action and pressure waves. Together with the baitfish profile and 3D details, this gives a moving prey imitation for active retrieves or trolling rather than a static bait presentation.

The Savage Gear 3D Roach Paddletail is a softbait for active lure fishing for pike, zander and perch. Its baitfish profile and 3D details imitate prey, while the large paddle tail produces a strong wagging swimming action and pressure waves in the water.
The lure suits both casting from the bank and trolling behind a boat, so the same softbait can be used for either approach. The mouth opening helps the lure sit securely on a jig hook, supporting jighead mounting.
The family has three length and weight combinations. Choose by the size of baitfish you want to imitate and the lure body's weight. All three sizes suit shore casting and boat trolling.
