It is intended for freshwater pike fishing, particularly shallow presentations. Its hard body and soft tail imitate an eel, with a rocking action on the retrieve, making it an option when presenting eel-like prey to predators.
Retrieve after casting with occasional pauses and rod-tip twitches. The soft tail screws onto a corkscrew mount and can be reoriented to change between shallow subsurface running and a surface-level wake presentation. The lure is slow sinking, so these running options do not mean it floats at rest.
Each pack contains one lure with two soft tails in the selected colour and one SGY 1X BN treble hook in size #1. The second tail provides a replacement for the corkscrew-mounted tail without needing a separate tail purchase initially.
They differ in colour: Black Gold, Blue Silver, Green Silver Ayu, Firetiger, Red N Black or Motor Hot Tail. All are 17cm, 50g and slow sinking, so select your preferred colour without changing the lure size, weight or tail-adjustment system.

The Savage Gear 3D Hard Eel is an eel-imitation hybrid lure for freshwater pike fishing, combining a hard ABS body with a long, soft tail. The corkscrew-mounted tail makes the body rock from side to side while trailing behind it, providing an eel-like presentation for predators that feed on eels or lampreys.
Cast and retrieve with occasional pauses and rod-tip twitches. Changing the tail's mounting orientation changes how the lure runs, allowing a shallow subsurface presentation or a surface-level wake effect. This gives you two presentations from the same lure when fishing shallow water. It is slow sinking, not floating.
The body has 3D-scanned details and a built-in rattle, combining a detailed eel profile with sound during the retrieve. One SGY 1X BN treble hook in size #1 is fitted. The lure contains no lead and is unscented.
All six versions are 17cm long and weigh 50g, with the same slow-sinking behaviour and tail-adjustment system. Choose between Black Gold, Blue Silver, Green Silver Ayu, Firetiger, Red N Black and Motor Hot Tail. Colour is the difference between these variants, not size or weight. Each pack contains one lure with two soft rubber tails in the chosen colour, so a second tail is included for replacement.
