Sasame Wide Gape Offset Haken - Jighaken: softbait presentation for perch and zander

These fine-wire offset single hooks are designed for spinning with soft plastic lures for perch, zander and other predators. Their wide gape provides room for the lure body, supporting the softbait presentation described by the supplier.

Cheburashka rig compatibility and construction

The hooks are particularly suitable for Cheburashka rigs. This makes them an option when choosing a separate hook for that setup. The fine-wire construction and very sharp point are shared across the range, with the sharp point helping penetration on the strike.

Sizes and pack contents

Choose the hook size to suit the body of your softbait, rather than using pack quantity to decide. The range offers smaller hooks in sizes #4 to #1 and larger hooks in #1/0 to #3/0. All sizes share the same stated softbait use and Cheburashka compatibility. No exact lure-length recommendations are supplied.

| Hook size | Hooks per pack | | :--- | ---: | | #4 | 20 | | #3 | 19 | | #2 | 19 | | #1 | 18 | | #1/0 | 17 | | #2/0 | 15 | | #3/0 | 13 |

The larger sizes contain fewer hooks per pack, except that #2 and #3 both contain 19. The stated contents are offset hooks, not a complete rig.

Frequently asked

Can I use these hooks with a Cheburashka rig?

Yes. The supplier specifically describes these offset hooks as particularly suitable for Cheburashka rigs with softbaits. The pack contains hooks, not a complete rig, so you need the other components for your setup.

Which hook size should I choose, and how many are included?

Choose the size to match your softbait body. Sizes #4, #3, #2 and #1 contain 20, 19, 19 and 18 hooks respectively. Sizes #1/0, #2/0 and #3/0 contain 17, 15 and 13 hooks. Larger hook sizes generally mean fewer hooks per pack, and no exact lure-length guide is supplied.

Which lures and target fish are these hooks intended for?

They are intended for spinning with soft plastic lures for perch, zander and other predators. Their fine-wire offset design and very sharp point make them a hook option for these softbait presentations, rather than a complete lure or rig.
