Choose 8cm/12g for the smaller presentation, with stated depths of 0.5 m when cast and 2.0 m when trolled. Choose 12cm/36g for a larger, heavier lure running at 2.0 m when cast and 4.0 m when trolled. Select by both presentation size and fishing method, as the casting and trolling depths differ.
No. Its strong wobbling action works on a steady retrieve, including slow fishing. Short twitches add movement, so you can alternate between steady winding and a more active presentation with the same floating lure.
One lure is included with Black Nickel VMC hooks fitted. The 8cm version has size 4 hooks, the 12cm version size 1/0. Each lure is hand-tuned and tank-tested, so you receive the selected lure with hooks rather than an unrigged body or a mixed set.
Handle the sharp hooks carefully and use a safe container for transport and storage, out of children's reach. The supplier also warns of possible lead or cadmium content. Wash hands after handling, keep the lure away from food and dispose of used or damaged hooks safely.

The Salmo Perch is a long-established floating crankbait for predator lure fishing. Its rounded body displaces water and produces a strong wobbling action on a steady retrieve. Fish it slowly or add short twitches to vary the movement without changing lures. Both versions in this family have the HOLO SMELT finish, offered for varied water conditions.
The 8cm Floating version weighs 12g and runs at a stated 0.5 m when cast and 2.0 m when trolled. It offers the smaller, lighter presentation for shallow casting and is also described by the supplier for perch and trout. Its hook size is 4.
The 12cm Floating version weighs 36g and runs at a stated 2.0 m when cast and 4.0 m when trolled. Choose it for a larger presentation and a deeper running depth, with the trade-off of greater lure weight. Its hook size is 1/0. These are Floating versions, not Deep Runner versions. Compare the casting and trolling figures separately rather than treating them as the same running depth.
Through-wire construction supports durability, while the polycarbonate lip controls the diving action. Black Nickel VMC hooks are fitted for fishing. The aerodynamic design supports casting distance and a consistent swimming action. Each lure is individually hand-tuned and tank-tested before use. One lure in the selected size is included.
The hooks are sharp. Handle them carefully and check their suitability before use. Transport and store the lure in a safe container, keep it away from children and dispose of used or damaged hooks safely. The supplier warns that the lure may contain chemicals such as lead or cadmium, with prolonged exposure potentially harmful. Wash hands thoroughly after handling and avoid ingestion or contact with food. Follow the manufacturer's safety and use instructions. The manufacturer excludes liability for damage or injury caused by improper use, storage or transport.
