Choose 5 cm/3 g or 6 cm/4 g for the stated 0.5–1.0 m running depth. The 6 cm version offers a larger presentation at the same depth. Choose 7 cm/6 g for a larger baitfish profile and the deeper 1.0–1.5 m range. All three float and come in Freshwater Minnow.
Use a straight retrieve, short twitches or stop-and-go to present the lure to trout, perch and other predators. Its movement imitates a prey fish, with twitches imitating a fleeing or wounded minnow. In rivers it can be worked upstream or downstream, and near the bottom within the selected variant's running depth.
Each pack contains one wobbler in the selected size and colour, fitted with Black Nickel VMC hooks and Rasco Split Rings. Each lure is individually hand-tuned and tank-tested for out-of-the-box performance, so it is supplied ready to fish rather than as an unrigged body. The Salmo Minnow Floating is a floating wobbler for spin fishing for trout, perch and other predators. Its subtle movement imitates a small prey fish, while the polycarbonate lip controls movement and running depth. The Minnow has been part of the Salmo range since the early 1990s. These variants all come in the Freshwater Minnow colour.
Use a straight retrieve for a consistent presentation, or add short twitches to imitate a fleeing or wounded minnow. Stop-and-go retrieves provide another supported presentation. In rivers, the Minnow can be worked both upstream and downstream, and used to search near the bottom where its running depth allows. These are floating models, not sinking versions, so choose the size by both the baitfish profile and the depth you need to cover.
5 cm, 3 g: the smallest and lightest option, with a stated running depth of 0.5–1.0 m. Choose it for the smaller baitfish presentation within this depth range.
6 cm, 4 g: a larger, slightly heavier presentation at the same stated depth of 0.5–1.0 m. Choose it when you want more lure size without moving to the deeper-running version.
7 cm, 6 g: the largest and heaviest option, running at 1.0–1.5 m. It offers a larger prey-fish profile and reaches deeper than the two smaller versions.
All three share the Freshwater Minnow pattern and floating behaviour. Each pack contains one wobbler in the selected size, not an assortment.
