At just 3.5 cm and 4 g, the X-Light Crank Mid Runner features a carefully weighted plastic body that enables effortless long-distance casting despite its compact size. Every lure is hand-tuned and tank-tested at the Rapala factory in Estonia to guarantee consistent, true-running performance straight out of the box.
The X-Light Crank Mid Runner swims with a pronounced tight kicking action that mimics a fleeing baitfish. A built-in rattle chamber produces enticing acoustic stimuli, helping predators locate the lure even in murky water or low-visibility conditions.
This crankbait excels with multiple retrieval techniques: steady cranking, twitching, and stop-and-go presentations. Its mid-runner lip reaches a swimming depth of approximately 1.8 m, making it ideal for exploring mid-depth zones in rivers, lakes, and streams.
The X-Light Crank Mid Runner comes equipped with two VMC 4651 Black Nickel treble hooks in size #10, providing reliable hook-ups on light-biting fish. The lure is lead-free, and each colour variant features a detailed, textured surface finish for maximum realism.
The series is available in twelve colour patterns, ranging from natural baitfish imitations like Ayu, Live Perch, and Live Roach to high-visibility options such as Firetiger, Clown, and Pink Clown, as well as UV-enhanced finishes like Glassy Gill UV and Purple Prawn UV.
