Both versions are designed for squid jigs and metal jigs, including pirks. They organise lures for squid fishing and sea jigging, so choose the box size to suit the jigs you carry rather than a particular target species.
XL measures 27 x 18 x 17 cm instead of 27 x 18 x 13 cm and is intended for longer jigs, listed by the supplier as 3'5. Both have the same footprint and the same handle, opaque material and drainage features. Choose XL for the extra height, or the lower box when storage height is limited.
Yes. Bottom drainage holes are provided for rinsing lures with fresh water, allowing the rinse water to run out instead of collecting in the box. This makes rinsing after saltwater use practical without removing each lure. Leave the box open to dry afterwards.
No fixed jig count is supplied. Capacity depends on lure size, and the published dimensions are 27 x 18 x 13 cm or 27 x 18 x 17 cm for XL. Use those dimensions and XL's stated suitability for longer jigs to compare the versions, not an assumed number of slots.

The Ragot Squid Jig Box is a storage box for squid jigs, pirks and other metal jigs used in sea fishing. It keeps your lure selection organised and ready for changes on the boat, pier or coast. Both versions have opaque material, a carry handle and bottom drainage holes for rinsing lures with fresh water.
Use the box to organise squid jigs for squid fishing or metal jigs for pirking and vertical jigging for cod, coalfish, pollack and halibut. Ordered storage helps keep hooks from tangling and protects them during transport. The opaque material keeps direct light off the stored lures, while the handle lets you carry the box to your fishing spot.
The Squid Jig Box measures 27 x 18 x 13 cm. The XL version measures 27 x 18 x 17 cm, keeping the same footprint but adding 4 cm in height. Choose the lower version when storage height matters, or XL for longer jigs. The supplier lists the XL's longer-jig compatibility as 3'5. No exact jig capacity or maximum lure length is specified, so compare your lure selection and available storage space with the stated box dimensions. Each version is supplied as one box.
The bottom holes let you rinse lures with fresh water in the box and allow the water to drain away, particularly useful after saltwater fishing. Rinse the box after use and leave it open to dry. Handle sharp hooks carefully, check the box for damage before use and keep it out of reach of unsupervised children and pets.
