It is designed for pike deadbaiting in open water and is suited to float rigs. Choose it for presenting a dead baitfish on a float setup rather than treating it as a general lure leader.
The construction allows the baitfish to detach from the trace on the strike, letting the hooks take hold in the pike's mouth. Bait release is an intended function, so the rig is not designed to keep the bait attached throughout the strike.
Only the selected hook size differs in the stated specifications. All three versions have a white, 50 cm steel leader rated at 18 kg. Select the hook size for your bait presentation, without changing leader length or strength. No specific bait-size ranges are supplied.
Each pack contains one steel leader with the selected hook size. The #2, #4 and #6 versions are separate choices, not a mixed-size set, so order the version you need.

This steel leader is designed for pike deadbaiting in open water and is suited to float rigs. Its release design allows the deadbait to detach from the trace on the strike, so the hooks can take hold in the pike's mouth without the bait remaining attached.
Every version has a 50 cm steel leader with an 18 kg breaking strain and a white line colour. These specifications stay the same across the range, so choosing a different hook size does not change the leader length or strength.
Choose hook size #2, #4 or #6 to suit your intended bait presentation. Hook size is the only stated difference between the versions, and the supplier gives no specific bait-size ranges. Each pack contains one steel leader with the selected hook size.
