Yes. They are designed for Spinner/Ronnie Rig pop-up presentations and stiff bottom-bait rigs. The integrated ring swivel allows 360° hook movement, so you can use the same hook family for either presentation and tie the appropriate boom section.
Each pack contains five hooks with ring swivels already running through their eyes, plus tubing to set the hook angle. Tie a boom section to the large ring using your chosen hooklink material and attach the bait. These are assembled hook-and-swivel components, not complete tied rigs.
The choice is #1, #2, #4, #6, #8 or #10, with five hooks in every pack. #1 is the largest and #10 the smallest in this selection. All have the same stated rig applications, so choose by the hook size your setup needs rather than by a different intended technique.

Prologic Swivel Hook CS carp hooks are designed for freshwater Spinner/Ronnie Rig pop-up presentations and stiff bottom-bait rigs. A ring swivel runs directly through the hook eye, allowing tangle-free 360° hook rotation. On stiff bottom-bait rigs, this lets the hook turn as the fish approaches the bait from different directions, helping it take hold.
The integrated ring swivel gives a neater, more streamlined connection than a conventional quick-change swivel. Tie your boom section to the large ring with your chosen hooklink material, then attach the bait. The supplied short section of tubing slides over the hook eye to create an aggressive, claw-like angle that encourages immediate rotation and improves hook holds. The hook and swivel are already assembled, but you still need to tie the boom and attach your bait.
The carbon steel hook has a sharp, ultra long point and a micro barb. These are micro-barbed hooks, not a barbless option, so check your venue's hook rules before choosing them.
This CS family offers sizes #1, #2, #4, #6, #8 and #10. The smaller size numbers denote larger hooks, with #1 the largest and #10 the smallest in this selection.
