The Prologic Density Mono Carp is a high-density monofilament developed over two years specifically for the demands of modern carp angling. Its fast-sinking properties and low stretch ensure direct bite detection and effective hooksets at any range.
This monofilament sinks faster than conventional lines, keeping your presentation tight to the lakebed and reducing the risk of line bites. The high-density construction pins your rig down even in strong currents or when fishing at distance, giving you better control over your setup from cast to landing.
Reduced stretch delivers immediate feedback and more direct transmission of bites, while maintaining high knot strength and superior abrasion resistance. A unique post-extrusion treatment creates a smooth, low-memory line that behaves soft and limp, casting accurately and handling naturally on the spool.
The Density Mono Carp range covers a spectrum of diameter and breaking strain options to suit different conditions and target sizes. Adhesive markers every 250 m help you track distance.
