Yes. Both sizes have removable Air-Dry bags, so you can take them out for drying bait rather than keeping it inside the insulated outer bag.
The bag has water-resistant 600D rip-stop fabric and a waterproof PVC base for protection against moisture, including wet ground beneath it. These are component-level claims, not a specification for a sealed waterproof bag.
Both sizes have heavy-duty carry handles and an adjustable padded shoulder strap. You can carry the bag by hand or over your shoulder, with strap adjustment to suit your carrying position.

The Prologic Avenger Cool N Bait Bag is a padded, insulated bag for transporting boilies and other carp fishing bait. It combines protected transport with removable Air-Dry bags, so you can take the drying bags out and use them separately from the insulated outer bag.
The 600D rip-stop polyester fabric resists water and helps limit the spread of tears. Full padding cushions the contents, while insulation slows heat transfer during transport and storage. The heavy-duty waterproof PVC base provides a barrier against wet ground. The fabric is specified as 100% polyester, with carpy green fabric and padded camouflage panels.
Heavy-duty carry handles and an adjustable padded shoulder strap give you a choice of carrying positions. Oversized webbing and reinforced beading strengthen the construction at the edges and carrying points. The corrosion-resistant 10 mm heavy-duty zips have Hi-Viz pullers that are easier to spot when opening the bag.
Both sizes share the padded, insulated construction and removable Air-Dry bag system. The S version has a stated volume of 12.5 L and includes two removable 2.5 kg Air-Dry bags. The L version includes one removable 5 kg Air-Dry bag. Choose S to divide your bait between two drying bags, or L to keep it together in one larger drying bag. These kg ratings describe the Air-Dry bags, not the volume of the insulated outer bag.
