It is intended for freshwater float fishing, including carp, tench and roach, when a thicker float's buoyancy can lead to missed bites. Its more sensitive design offers an alternative for those conditions rather than simply using a thicker float.
The buoyancy rating changes from 4 g to 6 g. Choose the rating to suit your setup. Both versions have the 10 mm Slim + Insert design and include one float, three interchangeable tips and two removable splash disks, so you do not need to choose by accessory content.
Each float comes with three interchangeable tips for changing light conditions. Swap the tip to suit visibility at the water without changing to another float.
The two supplied interchangeable splash disks help prevent the float from diving too deeply on entry. They are completely removable, so you can choose whether to use that entry control or fish without the disks.

The Preston Dura-Pellet Wag is a sensitive pellet waggler for freshwater float fishing, including carp, tench and roach. Its slim design is intended for days when the greater buoyancy of a thicker float can lead to missed bites. Both variants have the 10 mm Slim + Insert configuration.
Three interchangeable tips are supplied with each float. Change the tip to suit the light conditions rather than replacing the whole float.
Two interchangeable splash disks help limit the float's tendency to dive on entry. They can also be removed completely if you want to use the float without them.
The two variants differ in their buoyancy rating: 4 g or 6 g. Choose the rating to suit your float setup, with 4 g providing the lower rating and 6 g the higher one. Both share the 10 mm Slim + Insert design, three tips and two removable splash disks, so the choice does not change the supplied accessories. Each pack contains one float.
