Predax barrel swivels (Tönnchenwirbel) are a reliable connector between your main line and a mono, fluorocarbon, hardmono, steel or titanium leader. The free-running eyes rotate under load and keep line twist out of both sides of the rig.
Use the swivels as a straight line-to-leader connection for spinning and float fishing, or tie them in as a deliberate weak point when you want a soft leader material to part before the main line. They also slot in well as a stinger attachment on trolled softbaits — just add a split ring to an existing eyelet.
