The PENN Tidal XT range is designed for surfcasting in saltwater. Its slim carbon blank, Solid Carbon Tip and Lowrider guides support long, accurate casts and clear bite detection.
The 36T and 40T high-modulus carbon blank uses X-wrap technology to reduce twist during casting. Saltwater-resistant Fuji Lowrider guides with Alconite rings and the matching reel seat are intended for regular coastal use.
A sensitive solid-carbon tip helps show bites, while the glow-in-the-dark tip remains visible in low light. The X-shrink casting grip provides a secure hold when casting.
