These saltwater beachcasting rods belong to the PENN Tidal Surfcasting Concept. Their slim, lightweight and responsive carbon blanks use Carbon X-Wrap to increase strength and reduce twisting, supporting accuracy and control on long casts. All three have a Fast action and a 4-8oz casting rating, approximately 113–227 g.
Saltwater-proof Fuji Deep Pressed guides with Alconite rings support both fixed-spool and multiplier reels, so reel choice does not require a different rod in this family. A DPS Type reel seat is fitted. The strong glow-in-the-dark tip helps you see bites in low light, while the X-Shrink casting grip provides control during the cast. The handle material is carbon fibre and the butt has a rubber cap.
